      1. Technical innovation

         Professional technical team: the rate of technical personnel is 15% and the annual R&D investment is  around 4%.

         Our advanced design and testing system provides all kinds of heavy, medium and light-duty trucks and buses with complete and professional design plans. 

        2In 2013, our company established the Research Center of Vehicle Suspension System in cooperation with Shandong University of  Technology. And one of its research results, Leaf Spring Finite Element Simulation Analysis system, has been widely applied in the research and development of production, which greatly optimizes the design of the leaf springs.

        More than a dozen of leaf spring process technologies,  including noise reducing, forming-quenching and hard moulding have obtained national patents and been used in production and achieved good results.
